ZPT - Zaptronix Limited - Trading Statement ZAPTRONIX LIMITED (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number: 1997/014928/06) (Share Code: ZPT ISIN Code: ZAE000070934) ("Zaptronix" or "the Company") TRADING STATEMENT In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited ("JSE"), companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the period to be reported on will differ by 20% or more from the financial results for the previous corresponding period. Zaptronix is currently finalising its results for the twelve months ended 31 August 2011 and shareholders are advised that the results for 2010, as it relates to the treatment of the I to I transaction, have been restated to comply with the JSE`s Pro-active monitoring of Financial Reporting ruling. The I to I results are now fully consolidated in Zaptronix Ltd The earnings per share are expected to be between -2.3 cent and -2.8 cent (loss) compared to the 0.52 cent of the previous corresponding period. Diluted earnings per share are expected to be between -1.0 cent and -1.5 cent per share (loss) compared to 0.33 cent per share of the previous corresponding period. The Headline earnings per share are expected to be between -2.2 and - 2.6 cent per share compared to the 0.52 cent per share of the previous corresponding period. The diluted headline earnings per share are expected to be between -0.7 and -1.4 cent per share (loss) compared to the 0.33 cent per share of the previous corresponding period. The results have not been reviewed by the auditors.
