Termination of listing on the JSE Limited ("JSE")                               
The Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE") wishes to advise that the listing of    
the abovementioned company will be terminated with effect from the              
commencement of business on Wednesday, 28 December 2011 as a final payment      
has been made to shareholders. The record date to determine the shareholders`
