Shareholders are advised that the integrated report which includes the          
annual financial statements for the year ended 31 August 2011 will be           
distributed to shareholders today, 15 December 2011 and contains no             
modifications to the audited results which were published on SENS on 10         
November 2011. The annual financial statements are available online on the      
BCX website (www.bcx.co.za).                                                    
NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                                            
Notice is hereby given that the eighth annual general meeting of                
shareholders will be held at the Fundi Auditorium, Business Connexion Park      
North, 789 Sixteenth Road, Randjespark, Midrand on 19 January 2012 at 11:00     
to transact the business as stated in the annual general meeting notice         
forming part of the integrated report.
