CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS                                               
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the following         
information is disclosed:                                                       
*    Mr Valence Watson will resign from the board of directors of the           
Company with effect from 14 December 2011.                                  
*    Mr Kevin Wakeford, currently an independent non-executive director of      
    the Company will assume the role of chairman of the board of directors      
    on the resignation of Mr Valence Watson.                                    
*    Mr Gareth Rees, currently an independent non-executive director of the     
    Company, will assume the role of chairman of the Audit Committee with       
    effect from 14 December 2011.                                               
*    Mr Daniel Watson (29) will be appointed as chief financial officer and     
financial director of the Company with effect from 9 December 2011.         
    Mr Watson has a B.Comm (Financial Analysis) with majors in financial        
    analysis and investment management.  He completed a PGDM (Accounting)       
    from the University of Cape Town in 2006.  Mr Watson is currently the       
business development manager at Vulisango Holdings (Pty) Limited,           
    responsible for monitoring the performance of Vulisango`s asset base.       
*    Ms Margaret Ndlovu (59) will be appointed as a non-executive director      
    of the Company with effect from 9 December 2011 as well as a member of      
the Audit Committee.  Ms Ndlovu has a BA in Social Sciences and             
    completed a Management Program at the Lincoln University.  She is           
    currently the Talent Development Director at Barloworld Equipment and       
    also a director on the board of Zibula Exploration (Pty) Limited.  Ms       
Ndlovu is a minority shareholder in Vulisango who has a substantial         
    shareholding in Simmers.
