Shareholders are advised that the company`s audited annual financial statements 
for the year ended 31 August 2011, reflected in the integrated annual report    
posted on 30 November 2011 are unchanged from the audited results released on   
SENS on 30 November 2011.                                                       
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of PBT will be held at   
11:00 on Wednesday, 25 January 2012 at Unit 3, Knowledge Park 3, Corner of      
Century Boulevard and Heron Crescent, Century City. The notice of annual general
meeting is issued with the audited financial statements of PBT for the period   
ended 31 August 2011.
