The financial information on which this trading update is based has not been reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors. The company`s results for the six months ended 31 August 2011 are expected to be released on SENS on or about 30 November 2011. AC Towers is in strategic discussions regarding its going concern prospects as well as funding requirements.
