OPTION PRICE OF 57p PER SHARE. 1,024,800 SHARES WERE SOLD AT A PRICE OF
GBP1.0715 PER SHARE TO COVER THE COST OF EXERCISE AND THE INCOME TAX AND
EMPLOYEE`S NATIONAL INSURANCE CONTRIBUTION LIABILITIES.
