been uploaded onto the Company`s website:http://www.compu-                      
clearing.com/asppages/annualreport2011.pdf.                                     
The Annual Financial Statements will be posted to shareholders on               
Friday, 25 November 2011. The Annual Financial Statements contain no            
modifications to the reviewed financial results which were published on         
SENS on Monday, 5 September 2011.                                               
Notice of AGM and revised date of the AGM                                       
Shareholders are referred to the notice of AGM uploaded onto the                
Company`s website and posted to shareholders on Thursday, 3 November            
2011 setting out details of the AGM scheduled for Thursday, 24 November         
2011 at 14h00, and are now advised that the date of the AGM has been            
postponed and will be held in the boardroom, North Building, 7 Drome            
Road, Lyndhurst, Johannesburg on Thursday, 19 January 2012 at 14h00 to          
transact the business as stated in the notice of AGM, forming part of           
the Annual Financial Statements.
