Ububele shareholders are advised that the Company`s 2011 notice of annual       
general meeting, containing the abridged audited annual financial               
statements for the year ended 30 June 2011, has been dispatched to              
shareholders on Friday, 14 October 2011, and contains no modifications to       
the results which were announced on SENS on Thursday, 15 September 2011.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                                                
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Ububele will be       
held at 14:00 on Wednesday, 14 December 2011, at the Garden Court, OR           
Tambo, 2 Hulley Road, Isando Ext. 3, Kempton Park, 1619, to transact the        
business as set out in the notice of the annual general meeting.                
The record date on which shareholders must be recorded as such in the           
register maintained by the transfer secretaries of the Company for the          
purpose of being entitled to attend and vote at the annual general              
meeting is Friday, 9 December 2011, with the last day to trade being            
Friday, 2 December 2011.
