Further to Mr Loudon`s participation in the placing as announced on 19 October 2011 ("the Placing") and the purchase of shares detailed above, Mr Loudon is now interested in a total of 2,958,052 ordinary shares of 3 pence each in the Company, which represents approximately 1.22% of the issued share capital of the Company as enlarged by the Placing.
