on SENS on 17 August 2011.

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of       
Morvest will be held at 10 Kikuyu Road, Sunninghill, Gauteng, 2191 on Tuesday 22
November 2011 at 10:00 for the purpose of conducting the business as stated in  
the notice of annual general meeting forming part of the 2011 annual report.
