Further to the trading update released on SENS on 16 August 2011, a review of the financial results for the year ended 31 July 2011 by management has indicated that earnings and headline earnings per share are expected to be between 112% and 132% lower than the previous corresponding period. Adjusted earnings per share is expected to be between 73% and 93% lower than the previous corresponding period. The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by SecureData`s auditors.
