CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

the  board of directors of TCS hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr  Craig  
Whittle  has been appointed as Financial Director with effect from  1  October  
2011.  Mr  Whittle is currently performing the role of acting Chief  Financial  
Officer.
