the Group Annual Financial Statements and Annual Financial Statements of the    
company for the year ended 28 February 2011.  Furthermore, the company confirms 
that there was no change to the Provisional Condensed Group Financial Results   
of the Company for the year ended 28 February 2011 which were released on SENS  
on 28 June 2011.                                                                
Notice of Annual General Meeting                                                
Shareholders are advised that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders will   
be held at 10:00 on Friday, 28 October 2011 in the Boardroom, 146a Kelvin Drive,
Woodmead, Johannesburg.
