Shareholders are hereby advised that the Annual Financial Statements for the    
year ended 28 February 2011 were posted to Blue shareholders today, 31 August   
2011 and contain no modifications to the audited results published on the       
Securities Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited on 1 June 2011.             
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Blue shareholders will
be held at 10h00 on Monday, 10 October 2011 at the Company, 355 Kent Avenue,    
Ferndale, Randburg, 2194 to transact the business as stated in the notice of the
Annual General Meeting posted to shareholders.
