NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                        
Erbacon shareholders are advised that the Company`s 2011 integrated             
annual report, containing the audited annual financial statements for           
the year ended 28 February 2011, will be dispatched to shareholders             
today, Monday,                   25 July 2011, and contains no                  
modifications to the audited condensed provisional results which were           
announced on SENS on Monday, 16 May 2011. A copy of the integrated              
annual report has also been made available on the Company`s website at          
www.erbacon.co.za.                                                              
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                                                
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Erbacon will          
be held at the offices of Civcon, 18 Industry Road, Clayville,                  
Olifantsfontein, Gauteng, on Wednesday,               31 August 2011, at        
10:00 to transact the business as set out in the notice of the Annual           
General Meeting which forms a part of the integrated annual report.             
The date on which shareholders must be recorded as such in the share            
register to be eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting will be           
Friday, 26 August 2011, with the last day to trade being Friday, 19             
August 2011.
