Shareholders are referred to the directors` dealings announcement dated 6 July  
2011 and are advised that upfront approval to deal in securities was requested  
and obtained from the JSE Limited due to the company being declared a cash      
shell.                                                                          
In accordance with the JSE approval conditions, the board of directors confirms 
that there has been no material change in the nature of the company or its      
financial position since it was declared a cash shell.
