Posting of Notice of Annual General Meeting                                     
Shareholders are advised that a notice of annual general meeting, a summary of  
the annual financial statements and copies of the Directors` Report and the     
Report of the Audit and Risk Committee, were posted, by registered post, to     
shareholders on Monday, 4 July 2011.                                            
The 51st annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company will be held at  
the registered office of the Company situated at 11A Grace Road, Mountainview,  
Observatory, Johannesburg, on Friday, 5 August 2011 at 09h30.                   
Record Date                                                                     
The record date for purposes of determining which shareholders are entitled to  
participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Wednesday, 3 August    
2011.  Accordingly, the last day to trade in order to be eligible to vote at    
the annual general meeting will be Wednesday, 27 July 2011.
