Shareholders are advised that following the cautionary announcement of JCI on 13
May 2011, negotiations which if successfully concluded, may lead to the disposal
of JCI`s stake in Boschendal Proprietary Limited are still ongoing.             
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when      
dealing in the Company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
