Imuniti Holdings Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Treve     
Hendry as a non-executive director of the company with effect from 22 June 2011.
Mr Hendry is presently the CEO of Argent Industrial Ltd, a JSE listed company.  
He is a CA(SA) and an accomplished businessman.
