DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS                                              
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Chainprops 26    
(Proprietary) Limited ("Chainprops") purchased the following Premium linked     
units on the open market:                                                       
175 000 Premium linked units at a volume weighted average price of R14.82 per   
linked unit, with a total value of R2 593 500 on 27 May 2011. The highest price 
paid was R14.86 per linked unit and the lowest price paid was R14.70 per linked 
unit.                                                                           
Premium`s directors, Sharon Wapnick and Jeffrey Wapnick indirectly beneficially 
each hold 31.7% of the share capital in Chainprops, while Alec Wapnick          
indirectly non beneficially holds the remaining 36.6%. Clearance to deal was    
received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings Requirements.
