RBA - RBA Holdings Limited - Acquisition of properties for investment purposes and cautionary announcement RBA Holdings Limited (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 1999/009701/06) (JSE code: RBA ISIN: ZAE000104154 ("RBA" or "the company") ACQUISITION OF PROPERTIES FOR INVESTMENT PURPOSES AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT Shareholders are advised that a wholly owned subsidiary of RBA has entered into an agreement on 16 May 2011 with Double D & G Building Contractors CC for the acquisition of properties for an amount of R84.17 million including VAT. The properties comprise of tenanted sectional title units and single quarters which will be held as investment stock. The properties are located in the towns of Cashan Extension 19 and Waterval East Extension 14 of Rustenburg respectively. The agreement is subject to various conditions precedent which are customary in transactions of this nature, inter alia the granting of a loan from a registered credit provider within 21 days from date of signature of the agreement and approval by the shareholders of the company. Once the loan has been granted, a detailed announcement will be made containing the full financial effects.
