Shareholders are referred to cautionary announcements released on SENS and      
published in the press, the last of which was dated 1 March 2011, and are       
hereby advised that the Company has withdrawn from the negotiations referred    
to therein. Accordingly, shareholders are no longer required to exercise        
caution when dealing in the Company`s securities.
