The Resgen ADR is traded on the US over-the-counter market and is sponsored by Citi, which acts as the Depositary Bank. Each ADR has a ratio of 4:1; i.e. one ADR is equivalent to 4 shares. The official Resgen ADR ticker code is RSGNY. Paul Jury, Resource Generation`s managing director, said: "The ADR programme will assist us in continuing to broaden our shareholder base internationally.
