DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SOL SHARE INSTALMENT      
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for SASOL LIMITED and that
as a result of the dividend declaration relating to SASOL LIMITED (SOL) the     
Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 310   
cents per SOLNIG share instalment that is payable on Monday, 11 April 2011.     
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 01 April 2011. The share          
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 04 April 2011. The    
record date is Friday, 08 April 2011.
