AHL - AH-Vest Limited - Renewal of cautionary announcement in respect of the proposed delisting of AH-Vest AH-VEST LIMITED (Formerly All Joy Foods Limited) (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 1989/000100/06) ("AH-Vest" or "the Company") ISIN: ZAE000129177 Share Code: AHL RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE PROPOSED DELISTING OF AH- VEST Further to the cautionary announcement dated 23 December 2010 and 04 February 2011, shareholders are advised that the delisting process has been placed on hold temporarily following a dispute around the controlling shareholder of AH- Vest. Although a controlling shareholder is precluded from voting on a delisting in terms of the JSE Listings Requirements, following an appeal to the board of directors to delay the process, a decision has been taken to afford the parties a period of four to six weeks in order for parties to assess the situation. Accordingly, shareholders are advised that they should continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
