TRADING STATEMENT                                                               
In accordance with the JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements, shareholders are    
advised that for the six months ended 28 February 2011, Purple Capital is       
expecting to declare a basic and headline profit of approximately 0.17 cents    
per share compared to a loss of 1,10 cents per share for the six months ended   
28 February 2010.                                                               
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not      
been reviewed or reported on by Purple Capital`s auditors.
