Prior to its unbundling on 7 March 2011, the Company was a wholly-owned subsidiary of RMBH. The results of RMI Holdings, its subsidiaries and associates for the six months ended 31 December 2010 were included in the interim results of RMBH referred to above. However, the dividend flows from the Company`s subsidiaries and associates for the period in question will only be received by the Company after the date of unbundling. Such dividend receipts form the basis of the dividend declaration below. Notice is hereby given that an interim dividend of 22,8 cents per share was declared on 9 March 2011.
