The Directors are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that Liberty Holdings` headline earnings per share, basic earnings per share and BEE normalised headline earnings per share attributable to ordinary shareholders for the financial year ended 31 December 2010 will be between 890c and 980c per share. BEE normalised headline earnings reflect the legal and economic substance of the company`s Black Ownership Initiative. Liberty Holdings Limited`s results for the twelve months ended 31 December 2010 will be published on 24 February 2011.
