Shareholders are advised that Mr Ian Michael Topping (50) has indicated that he would like to retire from the board, as from date hereof. The board has resolved to replace Ian with Mr Paul Denis Julia Van den Bosch (48) as executive director, with effect from date hereof. Paul, a Belgian resident, is the managing director of Van den Bosch Beheer B.V., the group`s joint venture in the Benelux countries. Paul succeeded his father, George Van den Bosch, in 1991 and has been active in the furniture wholesale and logistics business for the last 25 years. He holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the European University in Antwerp.
