Shareholders are advised that, in compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings  
Requirements of the JSE Limited and in terms of the Insolvency Act (Act No. 24  
of 1936) as amended, Stridaran Moodley`s contract of employment as Company      
Secretary terminated with effect from the date of granting of a final           
liquidation order of Faritec Enterprise Solutions (Pty) Limited, being 1 June   
2010.
