GRF - Group Five Limited - Voluntary Trading update GROUP FIVE LIMITED (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 1969/000032/06) Share code: GRF ISIN: ZAI 000027405 ("Group Five" or "the Group" or "the Company") Voluntary Trading update Shareholders are advised that, for the interim period ended 31st December 2009, the Group expects: - Earnings per share (EPS) and Headline Earnings per share (HEPS) of between 0% to 10% higher than the prior comparative period (EPS: 249 cents per share to 274 cents per share and HEPS: 263 cents per share to 289 cents per share); and - Fully Diluted Earnings per share (FDEPS) and Fully Diluted Headline Earnings per share (FDHEPS) of between 5% to 15% higher than the prior comparative period (FDEPS: 229 cents per share to 251 cents per share and FDHEPS: 242 cents per share and 265 cents per share). The above information has not been reviewed or reported on by the Company`s auditors. The Company`s unaudited results for the interim period ended 31 December 2009 will be released on SENS on 4th March 2010, when the Group will be updating the members of the Investment Analysts Society of South Africa on its business in a presentation in Johannesburg on the same day, and in Cape Town on 5th March 2010.
