Updated Trading Statement for the twelve months ended 30 June 2009              
Dawn Limited wishes to inform shareholders that following its trading update    
released on SENS on 2 July 2009, more stringent IFRS requirements during the    
auditing process required a further adjustment to the 2009 financial year       
results. These adjustments are of a non-core trading nature and have no cash    
flow impact.                                                                    
Headline earnings per share for the twelve months ended 30 June 2009 will       
therefore be 45% to 50% lower than the reported headline earnings per share for 
the prior comparative period. Earnings per share will be 55% to 60% lower than  
the reported earnings per share for the prior comparative period.               
The Company`s results will be released tomorrow, 8 September 2009.
