Application will be made for the new shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and the JSE Limited ("JSE"). Admission on AIM and listing on the JSE is expected to occur on 6 March 2009. Following this issue the Company now has an issued share capital of 1,112,589,162 ordinary shares of 1p each.
