Notice is hereby given that Preference Dividend No. 125 of 5,5 (five comma five)
cents per share has been declared for the six months ended 31 December 2008.    
The last date to trade in order to be eligible for the dividend will be Friday  
13 February 2009.                                                               
Shares will trade ex-dividend from Monday 16 February 2009.                     
The record date will be Friday 20 February 2009 and payment will be made on     
Monday 23 February 2009.                                                        
Share certificates may not be dematerialised/ rematerialised between Monday 16  
February 2009 and Friday 20 February 2009, both days inclusive.
