duly passed by the requisite majority of votes.

shareholders in the SENS announcement released on 24 July 2008, Tom Mezher has  
retired as a director of Santova Logistics Limited and its subsidiary Impson    
Logistics (Proprietary) Limited effective from the conclusion of the Annual     
General Meeting held on 23 September 2008."                                     
The special resolutions will be submitted to the Registrar of Companies for
