Shareholders are advised that the annual report for the year ended 31 December  
2007 will be dispatched to shareholders today (19 May 2008) and contains no     
material modifications to the reviewed results for that year, which were        
published on SENS on 25 February 2008.                                          
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of the   
company will be held on Thursday, 19 June 2008 at 10h00 at Vunani`s offices, 151
Katherine Street, Sandown, Sandton, to transact the business as stated in the   
notice of annual general meeting forming part of the annual report.
