CHANGE IN COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD                                              
Mr Jeremy Horne retired as a Director at the Company`s AGM held yesterday. The  
Board thanked Mr Horne for his considerable input over the past eleven years, as
a Director and as Chairman of the Risk Management and Audit Committee, and wish 
him well in his retirement.
