CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS                                               
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are      
advised that Ms Dianne Case, being a non-executive director retiring by rotation
and not standing for re-election at the annual general meeting has resigned from
the Board with effect from 28 February 2008.                                    
Furthermore, Mr Jacobus Pieter van der Merwe has been appointed as a non-       
executive director to the Board with effect from 01 January 2008.
