Further to the cautionary announcement dated 18 December 2007, unitholders are  
advised that discussions are still in progress which, if successfully concluded,
may have a material effect on the price of Redefine linked units. Accordingly,  
unitholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in Redefine
linked units until a further announcement is made.
