CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS                                               
Following his recent transfer within the John Deere organization, Mr John W     
Kloet, a nominated non-executive Director, has resigned from the Bell board with
immediate effect. Simultaneously, Mr John J Dalhoff has been appointed to       
succeed Mr Kloet as a nominated non-executive Director on the board.            
The board thanks Mr Kloet for his contribution and wishes him well in his new   
position.
