    Famous Brands advises that Mr Paris Papageorgiou will remain the Company    
Secretary of the Group until such time as a replacement is found, and will  
    not be relinquishing this position on the 30 June 2007 as had previously    
    been advised. Negotiations with suitable candidates are currently at an     
    advanced stage and Famous Brands expects to make an announcement shortly.
