CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS                                                
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements,             
notification is hereby given that Mr Neville Barry Venter has, with             
immediate effect, been appointed as an independent non-executive director       
of Redefine and chairman of the Redefine audit committee, in place of           
Stewart Shaw-Taylor.                                                            
Neville Venter, who has a B. Comm and qualified as a CA (SA) in 1975, is        
a highly experienced, commercially oriented and strategically focused           
finance professional with over 30 years post-qualifying experience as a         
chartered accountant, the last 16 years of which have been in Asia-             
Pacific, in senior financial positions with major companies. Neville`s          
experience incorporates mergers, acquisitions, disposals, restructuring,        
process re-engineering, tax planning, rights issues, administration, risk       
management & audit committees, as well as operational experience at a           
senior level.
