    Notice is hereby given that the 9th Annual General Meeting of ISA will be   
    held at the registered office of the Company, situated at Unit 12, 152      
HendriK Verwoed Drive, Randburg at 10h00 on 29 June 2007. The reason for    
    the Annual General Meeting is to transact the business as set out in the    
    notice of annual general meeting which was circulated together with the     
    annual financial statements for the 28th of February 2007.
