CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS                                               
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Limited ("JSE") Listings Requirements,  
shareholders are advised as follows:                                            
Dr. Gilingwe Peter Mayende has submitted his resignation from the Board of      
Directors of Sekunjalo, effective 15 May 2007. The reason for the resignation   
emanates from the fact that he recently joined a large audit and consulting     
firm and in terms of the Codes of Conduct, partners and managers are            
prohibited from holding directorships in any public company.
