WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT                                           
In an announcement dated 1 March 2007, shareholders were advised that Trematon  
had disposed of a portion of its shareholding in Intec Telecom Systems plc      
("Intec").  The company now holds 5 216 979 Intec shares.  The board has not yet
resolved to proceed with a specific course of action with respect to its        
remaining Intec investment, and therefore shareholders are advised that they are
no longer required to exercise caution when dealing in their Trematon shares.
