AECI Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Alma Kennedy (37) as     
Company Secretary.                                                              
Ms Kennedy is an admitted attorney, notary and conveyancer. She has an MBA      
degree as well post graduate qualifications in constitutional litigation and    
tax.                                                                            
She has local and international experience across a broad spectrum of           
disciplines including legal and company secretarial, corporate governance,      
mining law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate communications.              
Her appointment will be effective from 10 April 2007.
