the annual report, incorporating a notice convening the annual general meeting  
of the company ("the AGM"), was posted to shareholders on 15 January 2007.      
There have been no changes to the financial information published in the        
provisional report dated 13 December 2006;                                      
the AGM will be held at 09:00 on Wednesday 28 February 2007 in the boardroom,
