RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT                                              
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 24 November 2006, shareholders are 
advised that Labat is still involved in negotiations which, if successfully     
concluded, may have a material effect on the price at which Labat`s shares      
trade. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution    
when trading in Labat shares on JSE Limited until a further announcement is     
made.
