RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS                                              
Linked unitholders are advised that at the annual general meetings of           
shareholders and of debenture holders of Redefine convened on Thursday, 23      
November 2006 at 10:00 am and 10:30 am respectively, in terms of the notices of 
annual general meetings contained in the Redefine annual report issued on 2     
November 2006, all of the resolutions were passed by the requisite majorities of
Redefine shareholders and debenture holders.
